I’m a Thought Leader, Personal Empowerment Expert and Psychic Energy Healer.

With a background in remedial Massage therapy and a human and equine Bowen therapist I have a wealth of knowledge in human physiology and anatomy.

However my work is focused on personal empowerment through knowing and actualising your truth. The deep core truth of what you really are!!

My gift is the ability to see, feel and perceive the energy flow of the body.
My psychic senses guide me to find the reason for the energy block. Once identified we can shift the energy by calibrating your body with the natural light spectrum of the rainbow. Then we shift the mindset that created the issue.

These energy blocks are responsible for all situations of lack. So whether you have poor health, unsatisfying relationships, poor finance, unmanageable stress, lack of fun and adventure, if we change the energy we will change the reality.

A session with me has three parts. First I do a psychic scan of your energy system to discern the biggest block. Second I channel the energy of light through your body to clear the dense energy of the block. Third I coach you through the mental pattern that enabled and accumulated the dense energy and allowed the behaviour that you see in your reality.

This process is part of an educational empowerment system called The Path to Personal Power that I have designed to teach you how to maintain the energetic shifts and move forward in your life without having to keep coming back to me. If you learn these steps you will have the tools to be your own master and your own healer and create a life that is designed by you for you and therefore can satisfy and fulfil you!

My personal journey entails domestic violence, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder not to mention experiencing mental, spiritual, sexual physical emotional and financial trauma. I speak and teach from a place of authenticity and integrity as once a victim of abuse BUT NOW a personally empowered woman. Now I experience freedom in the areas of my life that were once gridlocked with fear, lack, pain and resentment.
